As lawyers and attorneys, we are expected to be fluent and effective communicators. After all, we communicate with the opposing counsel, other lawyers, insurance companies, juries, witnesses, and most importantly, the clients we represent, so we can deliver the best results. In this, we must excel. However, one of the things that lawyers could be better at is setting aside a specific time to speak with their teammates.

In 2022, we implemented an EOS at Snellings Law, and it made a world of difference for us.
