Once your case is accepted on a contingency basis, we devote the time, energy, and expenses to fully develop the claim. We investigate facts, assemble all records, prepare a demand, and conduct negotiations without collecting a dime – any payment is contingent on us achieving a positive result for you.
Once a settlement or verdict is secured, we’re paid a percentage of the award plus reimbursement for case expenses. Percentages vary across firms and is typically based upon the stage at which a case is concluded.
Those legal fees come out of the defendant’s payment…and if the case is unsuccessful, you don’t pay anything. No catches, no tricks, no danger, no BS.
